Elon Musk is Dropping Bombs on Fauci (NIAID) & his wife Dr. Christine Grady (NIH Chief of Bioethics)

How Cozy: NIAID Director Anthony Dr. Fauci is married to NIH Chief of Bioethics Dr. Grady

December 28, 2022 (Originally Published May 17, 2021): The intimacy between the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) runs deep. Indeed, Anthony Fauci (NIAID Director) and Christine Grady (NIH Chief of Bioethics) have been happily married since 1985. It should be no surprise that this married couple has a long tradition of "supporting" the agendas and approval requirements for one another within their respective senior roles at that NIAID and NIH. The possibility for a conflict of interest is obvious and obviously awkward. In yet another example of zero-intellectual curiosity from mainstream media and journalists abroad, this conspicuous "arrangement" has garnered absolutely no interest, concern, or scrutiny.

To understand the significance of this conflict of interest, consider the senior roles played by Christine Grady and Anthony Fauci, respectively. Provided below are the current biographies for Grady and Fauci.

Dr. Christine Grady Bio

Christine Grady is a nurse-bioethicist and a senior investigator who currently serves as the Chief of the Department of Bioethics at the National Institutes of Health Clinical Center. Dr. Grady has authored more than 175 papers in the biomedical and bioethics literature and authored or edited several books, including The Oxford Textbook of Clinical Research Ethics. She served from 2010-2017 as a Commissioner on the President's Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues. Her work is known internationally, and she has lectured widely on ethical issues in clinical research and clinical care, HIV disease, and nursing. She is an elected fellow of the Hastings Center and of the American Academy of Nursing, a senior research fellow at the Kennedy Institute of Ethics and an elected member of the National Academy of Medicine. She holds a B.S. in nursing and biology from Georgetown University, a M.S.N. in community health nursing from Boston College, and a Ph.D. in philosophy from Georgetown University. Dr. Anthony Fauci Bio

Dr. Fauci was appointed Director of National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) in 1984. He oversees an extensive portfolio of basic and applied research to prevent, diagnose, and treat established infectious diseases such as HIV/AIDS, respiratory infections, diarrheal diseases, tuberculosis and malaria as well as emerging diseases such as Ebola and Zika. NIAID also supports research on transplantation and immune-related illnesses, including autoimmune disorders, asthma and allergies. The NIAID budget for fiscal year 2021 is an estimated $6.1 billion. The slippery slope of conspicuous public health ethics and marital conflicts of interest is compounded further when the joint NIAID-NIH Mission Statement is taken into consideration.

The NIAID - NIH Mission

NIAID conducts and supports basic and applied research to better understand, treat, and ultimately prevent infectious, immunologic, and allergic diseases. For more than 60 years, NIAID research has led to new therapies, vaccines, diagnostic tests, and other technologies that have improved the health of millions of people in the United States and around the world.

In fiscal year 2021, the NIAID budget was $6.1 billion. The Institute dedicated these funds to support scientific opportunities that align with its mission and address domestic and global health problems and diseases. Among the 27 Institutes and Centers that comprise the National Institutes of Health (NIH), NIAID has a unique mandate, which requires the Institute to respond to emerging public health threats. There is "big hairy gorilla" in the room of American public health, medical research, and bio-ethics. It is incomprehensible to believe that a husband and wife are directing the efforts of arguably the two most important and powerful health agencies (NIAID and NIH) in the United States. How is this permitted and why has it not garnered attention from our so-called "professional" media networks and journalists? The answer is obvious. Corruption, cronyism, and nepotism run deep in American politics, media, journalism AND public health. There is no better example of this filth than the cozy relationship between NIAID, NIH and the conflict-of-interest prone Fauci-Grady marriage.
