Michigan Results Now Official

The unofficial tally at Michigan’s Republican caucus strongly favored President Trump.

Now the official results—and delegate allocation—are in. 51 delegates will go to President Trump, a result of his win in the primary and the caucus. Just four will go to Ms. Haley, based entirely on her performance in the primary earlier this week.

Trump Wins Missouri Republican Caucus

KANSAS CITY, Mo.—President Donald Trump won the Missouri Republican presidential primary on March 2, the latest triumph in his undefeated nominating contest streak.

The Associated Press called the race for President Trump at 12:40 p.m. ET with just 5 percent of the votes counted.

The first voting results out of Missouri’s GOP caucus indicated a likely significant win for former President Donald Trump.

Ben Watson caucused for former President Donald Trump because “he gave us a lot better prosperity when he was in office.”

“Almost everything (President Trump) did helped America prosper,” Mr. Watson said. “Whereas the current president, everything he’s done helped America flounder.”

The Watsons were selling memorabilia to support the Clay County GOP. Mr. Watson’s 3D printing business is called Triad Delta. He regularly makes Republican Party elephants for distribution at local party events and was giving away whistles he made.

Dave Bennett said he previously supported another Republican Party candidate for its presidential nomination but has moved to former President Donald Trump.

“I stand for all the policies he stands for. He’s perfect for me,” Mr. Bennett told The Epoch Times.

Keith Bennett of Kansas City, Missouri, said he will be caucusing for former President Donald Trump because “he’s our best chance to defeat (President Joe Biden).”

“I like the fact that he’s not really a politician. I don’t think he can be bought,” Mr. Bennett told The Epoch Times.

“I think he’s got some challenges ahead of him, clearly. But, I’m hopeful that he can united people in a way that the standard politicians can’t.”

Trump: Biden Will Be ‘Judged and Convicted by the American People’ in November

(RICHMOND, Va.)

Former President Donald Trump urged Virginians to vote for him on Super Tuesday without mentioning his rival Nikki Haley in the presidential primary.

He said President Joe Biden would be “judged and convicted by the American people” on Election Day in November, implying a general election defeat for President Biden.

President Trump focused on the border issue, promising his supporters that he would “seal the border and stop the invasion” on day one in the White House.

He joked that he has been indicted so many times that his parents would look down from Heaven and ask, “What happened to our boy?” With so many ongoing lawsuits against him, he said, the “radical left lunatics” were tougher than China, Russia, and North Korea.

Trump Easily Wins Idaho for Second Time Since 2016

President Trump coasted to his third victory on Saturday in Idaho’s Republican caucus, adding another 32 delegates to his national tally.

The Associated Press projected Trump as the winner at 6:58 p.m. ET.

Earlier in the day, President Trump defeated Nikki Haley at the Missouri and Michigan caucuses.

This is President Trump’s second victory in Idaho as a GOP nominee. He easily carried the state in 2020 as the Republican incumbent with 94.5 percent of the vote.

President Trump came in a distant second to Texas Sen. Ted Cruz during the 2016 Republican presidential primaries. Cruz was favored in the Gem State at the time for his staunch conservatism.

But since President Trump’s current opponent, Nikki Haley, has fared best in states and districts that lean towards Democrats in national elections, few expected her to secure her first victory in the 2024 GOP primary in Idaho.

Idaho Sen. Mike Crapo endorsed President Trump on Jan. 22 ahead of the New Hampshire primary.

“President Trump grew our stagnant economy, restored our military strength, dramatically reduced federal regulations, and strengthened our borders. I stand with Donald Trump and pledge to help him get back to our country’s core values and aspirations,” Mr. Crapo said in a statement, adding that President Trump will “put America and Americans first.”

He quickly moved on and talked about the general election, calling it: “the biggest day of Nov. 5.”

Virginia State Senator Urges Nikki Haley to Drop Out

RICHMOND, Va.—Virginia state senator John McGuire (R-Henrico) urged Nikki Haley to drop out of the Republican presidential primary outside Richmond Convention Center, where Trump is holding a rally in a few hours.

“We need all the American people to unite behind President Trump because the enemy is not at the gate; the enemy is through the gate,” Mr. McGuire told The Epoch Times.
