Biden has made himself and America fodder for CCP jokes. CCP run Xinhua News made the following statement:
"When you feel life is going nowhere, just think: with 4 U.S. Presidents, 20 years, 2 trillion dollars, 2,300 soldiers' lives... the regime of Afghanistan changes from Taliban to... Taliban"
Biden's failures are victories for the CCP. The determination of Biden's success or failure depends on whether you love America or whether you love CCP.
