Joe Biden: "We need more money to plan for 'the second pandemic', there's gonna be another pandemic"

June 22, 2022: The certainty of Joe Biden's claim that "there will be a second pandemic" smacks of something that has been planned and scheduled well in advance. Is anyone else infuriated by what is clearly going on?

Biden's words are clearly "off script", shockingly revealing, and foolishly incriminating.
